Developing a visual system
Working with an existing identity, we developed a visual system that would help Platform move away from the Shared Ownership model to a desirable developer of new homes.
10% tints of the colour palette were created for the foundation behind core graphical components, signifying action when the 100% shades appear on buttons and hover states.
Finding the right home
Platform can have over 40 active developments at any one time, so the property search is a key component of the site. The listing cards highlight key features of each property so the potential homebuyers can scan the results and view the ones that catch their eye.
One of the key objectives was to make full use of new CGI images and videos so full-bleed components were created. As part of the visual system development, new icons were designed for the property and development features.
